-Staff member will assist the band director as necessary in one or more of the following areas: Color guard, Drumline, Front Ensemble, or Winds/Brass

- Instruct and lead rehearsals for specific sections such as Color Guard, Front Ensemble, Drumline, or Brass/Wind, focusing on technique, musicality, and synchronization with the overall ensemble.

- Provide individualized feedback and coaching to students to enhance their skills and performance abilities, fostering growth and improvement.

- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded marching band experience for all participants.

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes teamwork, discipline, and dedication among students.

- Prepare students for shows, performances, and other events, including coordinating logistics and managing equipment when needed.

- Assist in the selection, maintenance, and care of instruments, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring they are in proper working condition and appearance.

- Communicate effectively with students, parents, school administration, and community stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and promote the marching band program.

- Stay current with trends, techniques, and best practices in marching band instruction through professional development opportunities and networking with peers in the field.

- Attend performances and rehearsals throughout the season
